Home Buyer Education Classes
✅Learn about the First Time Homebuyer Program, pros and cons of renting and buying, how to financially prepare for the home buying process, grants and other incentives. You’ll also get valuable, objective, and non-biased information on how the current market is impacting first time buyers.
✅Great if you want to learn what it takes to become a homeowner AND required for many grants!

1. eHome America - Full online, $125 (ask about discounts avail)
2. Virtual 2 Part Class - Interactive online; Part 1 FREE & Part 2 $75
3. In Person - Full day class at The Housing Council; $75 fee
