Through education and/or one-on-one counseling, we will teach you everything you need to know so you can achieve your dream with confidence. Purchasing your first home can be a complicated process and we want to help you reach your goals without any costly missteps!

Home Buyer Education Classes
✅Learn about the First Time Homebuyer Program, pros and cons of renting and buying, how to financially prepare for the home buying process, grants and other incentives. You’ll also get valuable, objective, and non-biased information on how the current market is impacting first time buyers.
✅Great if you want to learn what it takes to become a homeowner AND required for many grants!
✅Three convenient ways to attend!
1. eHome America - Full online, $125 (ask about discounts avail)
2. Virtual 2 Part Class - Interactive online; Part 1 FREE & Part 2 $75
3. In Person - Full day class at The Housing Council; $75 fee

1-on-1 Housing Counseling
✅HUD-certified housing counselor will help you create a personalized action plan to reach your housing goal, determine grant eligibility, discuss affordability and answer your specific homebuying questions. The Housing Counselor will go over your credit, savings, spending, and income to aid in your success, and prepare you for approval for grants or mortgages.
✅1-on-1 home purchase counseling is offered tailored to you at no cost!
✅Great if you want to boost your credit, understand the home purchase process, and determine what’s affordable for you!
