Do you have studio or one-bedroom apartments for rent?

Finding and keeping tenants who pay their rent on time and keep their apartment in good condition can be a challenge.  Catholic Family Center can provide you with assistance in both finding and keeping stable tenants.  CFC works with many clients who need safe, affordable housing, and who receive one-on-one case management to make sure their rent is paid, their apartment is properly maintained, and that they receive needed support services.  CFC can provide:

•    Tenant screening services
•    Assistance in receiving direct and timely payment from the Department of Human Services
•    Regular home visits
•    Intervention that can eliminate the need for costly, time-consuming eviction proceedings
•    Access to 24-hour a day/7 day a week on-call assistance.
