Available Rehab and Loan Programs

The City of Rochester, Monroe County and some towns offer rehabilitation grants for investor-owned properties.

  • The City of Rochester Lead Grant Application for Rental Properties is fully subscribed.  The Housing Council is no longer accepting Lead Grant applications at this time.

  • Sign-up for The Housing Council e-newsletter and you will receive notice if the city secured additional Lead Hazard Control funding.

  • Monroe County 2010 to 2012 Lead/Health Hazard Control Grant Application   

  • NeighborWorks- Landlord Loan Program.
