Special Materials / Home Security Grants:(City Residents) Possible funds for emergencies. (example would be weather related or unusual circumstances) Call 428-6890 for more details.


Neighbor Works: Home improvement loans for non-bankable homeowners. Low interest rates. Home has to be located in the city of Rochester. Also have grants available for one family structures. Call 325-4170 for more details.


Monroe County Home Improvement Program: Grants and low interest loans for county or suburban residents. Must have owned home at least one full year. Call 753-2000 for information.


Town of Greece: For information, call Karen at 723-2358.


Town of Irondequoit: For information, call 336-6021.


Rural Development: Low interest loans for low income families in rural areas. (5 counties) Call 343-0442, ext. 2200.

ABC: Weatherization and insulation grants, Call 442-4162.
