HOME ROCHESTER
For First-Time Home Buyers
• Single-family homes in the city of Rochester
• Completely rehabilitated homes with a C of O
• Buyer must occupy home between 3 and 10 years.
Funding Available for Homebuyers
• Maximum grant $6,000 for down payment & closing costs
• Income limits apply
• Grant up to $5,000 to write-down interest rate for buyers getting mortgages from:  M & T Bank, HSBC Bank or Citizens Bank.
• Home buyer must have $1,000 down payment available upon signing purchase offer.
• Home buyer must contribute additional $500 toward closing costs.
